Like and save for your next party or holiday!! The BESSSSST I’m sorry I don’t make the rules here. As always here’s your shopping list + recipe: Shopping list: 1 box ditalini pasta 15 oz 2% small-curd cottage cheese 1 lb American cheese 2 sticks white cheddar cheese 1 quart 2% milk 1 sleeve Ritz crackers 1 stick butter Salt, optional Black pepper, optional Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil and cook the ditalini according to the package directions, then drain. Add the milk, cottage cheese, American cheese and white cheddar to a large pot. Heat, stirring, until the cheeses are melted and everything is combined. I added a little salt and pepper, but the salt is totally optional. You can also add whatever seasonings you like. Grease an 11x15 casserole dish. Add the cooked pasta and pour the cheese mixture over the pasta. It will look like there’s a lot of liquid, that’s okay! It cooks into the pasta and keeps it creamy. Melt the stick of butter and crush the sleeve of Ritz crackers. Mix together and sprinkle all over the top. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour. #ritz #easydinner #holidayside #sidedish #macandcheese @RitzCrackersID @Kerrygold USA
