If you're getting interviews and not getting the job, it means you need to work on your interviewing. Which is great. I mean, your resume is good, but you're not getting the job over and over again, guys. They don't like you. You're not interviewing as well as you think you are. I'll ask people, hey, how's your job search going? They're like, good Patrick, I've had like 15 interviews. And I'm like, okay, how many job offers? They're like, nine. It's hard out here. Do you know how fucking rare it is to get an interview? And if you've had 15 interviews and you haven't had one job offer, we gotta fix that. I'm not here to be mean, but if you're not making it into the final rounds of interviews, if you're not getting offers, that's fixable. That's the easy part. But y'all can't be sensitive if I say you don't know how to interview. Okay? If you're getting interviews and not getting the job, it's your interview. And you could boohoo and cry about it, but that's just the reality. That's all I got to say.
