You are the problem. If you get to the interview round for a job and you don't get the offer, that is 100% your fault. In fact, once you get into any process, the job is yours to lose. I say that as someone that has made it to the final round and got cut. I say that as someone that got three internship offers this year. Once you get to the interview, everything is in your control. You control the narrative. You not getting the job is not because your experiences weren't good, because if your experiences were bad, they wouldn't give you an interview in the first place. You also probably had to talk about those experiences to get to the final round. If you're getting a lot of interviews but not actually getting any job offers, start thinking about the way that you're structuring your answers. Think about the way that you're presenting yourself in your interview, because at a certain point, the common denominator is you.
