smart people fail interviews because they don't get it

You're reminded that 90% of people are maybe even 99% of people. The hardest part is getting the job search process is getting the interview. I say this all the time, getting to that interview, you have beat out most people. When I'm doing like six interviews in a day back to back, so many of them, I feel like they are not appreciating the fact that you just need to capitalize on that interview. It's not difficult to actually interview. It is a skill set, you need to learn how to be good at that skill set. And I think a lot of people are lazy in learning how to be good at interviewing. They can just kind of, they think they can just think on the spot and hope it's going to fly. You might be, might have a great CV, can you interview? I don't know. That interviewer doesn't know from anywhere. You have half an hour, 45 minutes, 60 minutes to explain who you are, explain why you'd be a good fit for that role, show why you'd be a team player, etc. If you're not putting in the effort, which many people are not putting in the effort to prep for that interview, do well in that interview, there's no reason why they should progress you or offer you that job. So I'd like, don't be that lazy person that's like, oh, I'll be fine. Like I'll just like, I got the interview, or I'll wing it, it's fine. If you actually want to secure, you want to transition into any industry or make a career pivot, whatever, that interview and you finally get booked into that job market, do not be that 90% of people that cannot be bothered to prepare. Okay? Watch my videos and prepare properly because once you're in that room, you should know what to expect, you should know what questions are going to come up. You should be confident in your own story, you should be confident in what, what you're bad, what you're good at, what you dislike, what you like, and work as well. What you're saying, and a lot of people are just the effort to know what they're saying. So don't be that person. Good luck everyone.
