My 14 Airbnbs did $520k this month. 520. Now that's gross, not net, but my net still significant like over 200. In one month. I've set it online for 7 years now and I'll say it again. There is no faster path to becoming financially free than investing in short-term rental properties. Why? Number one, cash flow. There is no other asset class that cash flows like a good short-term rental. All right. rate, thousands of dollars a month potentially. Number two, the tax advantages. You can invest in a short-term rental and take advantage of something called bonus appreciation and because it's a short-term rental, you can apply those tax savings and write it all off against your active income at your job. So in many cases you buy a property or two, you eliminate all of your income taxes. You can reinvest those tax savings which starts the compound effect. It all starts with one property, taking a chance. Bet on yourself for one time.
