Dude, let me tell you. Yes, I have an air conditioner in the background. You're going to hear the noise. It's going to be annoying, but this is going to be worth watching, okay? And I'll make it short. The reason why it is so hard to make money, and I'm speaking from somebody who has a neuroscience degree, who lived off of $10 an hour, who escaped homelessness and poverty, and made $150,000 in my first year of sales. Let me fucking tell you. You know who makes money? Dumb people. You know why? Because dumb people aren't fucking thinking about it. They take action. And it's hilarious because some of us who are stuck in fight or flight have a particular flavor of trauma that is so detrimental that we have anxiety and we think thinking is the thing that's going to get us out of the situation. No, my friend. It is taking action. And I get it. Your nervous system literally locks you into freeze. That's why it's the fight, flight, freeze fun. Your nervous system locks you in to not taking action, so you just sit there and you ruminate and you think and you think and you think. So here's how to break out of that. From a neuroscience perspective and from my own personal experience. You need to generate dopamine in your brain. That's the problem that's happening right now. Dopamine is going to unlock that. And the only way to start generating dopamine is you need to take the smallest, teensi-teensy, bite-sized action, okay? Whatever thing you're like thinking about doing, minimize it into the smallest, like make it so small. I learned this from a psychotherapist. They said somebody they were working with, their client like was about to be a father and lived at home and wouldn't clean their room. And so they started with like just vacuum the rug and that was even too much. They brought the vacuum upstairs. The vacuum sat in the doorway for a week. So what they what they figured out together was cleaning one half of one drawer was enough to get them to take action. And do not be embarrassed. I was there too. You I I had so much anxiety just going to the grocery store. I had to break it down into literally just put your shoes on. Like, okay, just open the door. Just take one step outside. Break it down into the smallest thing because the action is what creates dopamine and the dopamine is what gets you out of that fight or flight. Gets you into the prefrontal cortex. You're welcome. Bye.
