If you have a job in 2026, do not quit that job. Job, hold on to that job as long as you can. I've been in decade, and I've literally never seen a job market that's so tough. I'm talking to candidates every week that are applying to hundreds and thousands of jobs and then not any companies. A lot of they can just quit their job and find a new one in a few weeks, reach out to their friends, out to their connections, be okay. Their job, and they find out they find out how brutal the job market is. So if you have a job, please be grateful for your job, hold on to it, and don't quit without having something else lined up. The only thing more stressful than your current job will be looking for a job on the 2026 job market. I've never seen anything like it.
