3 HORROR movies to watch for FREE on Tubi

It's Tubi Tuesday! Here are 3 HORROR movies that you can find for FREE on Tubi. These are underrated hidden gems! Look Away. First up is Look Away. This one is about a lonely high school student whose life is changed when she encounters her sinister reflection in a mirror. When the mysterious double offers to trade places with her, she finally gains the confidence that she's always wanted. But the swap unleashes a dark series of events that start to spiral out of control. Mirrors have always creeped me out since I was a kid, and so any movie that revolves around them, sign me up. This one is supernatural, but it does have psychological elements and I always love that combo. This one is a little bit of a lower budget movie, but it is very good and it does have some pretty scary moments. If you like movies that are mind-bending and focus on a character's transformation, definitely add this one to your watch list. Next up is The Possession. This one is about a young girl who unknowingly becomes attached to this ancient wooden box that she got at a yard sale. As her behavior grows more disturbing, her family discovers that this box contains a powerful demonic entity. This forces them into a fight to save her before it takes over completely. This is one of the more scary possession movies that I've seen, but maybe it's because when I watched it, I used to get very scared and now I'm desensitized. So maybe it would hit a little bit different. There are some very creepy scenes that really stuck with me. One of them being something that had teeth involved. I won't spoil anything. But just this whole concept of having a family member go through something that you cannot explain is just so terrifying. If you're looking for a creepy possession movie, this one is worth the watch. And last but not least, Last Straw. This one follows a young waitress working the late shift at a remote roadside diner all alone. She finds herself trapped when a group of masked attackers surround the restaurant and terrorize her. It becomes a fight for survival as she tries to make it through the night alive. I love home invasion horror movies and I love this little spin on it where it's not set in a home, it's set at a diner and especially with this isolated setting in this small town. It kind of gives me the Stranger's vibes with these masked psychos going through and just trying to figure out who they are and what they want. It does get very psychological and it does lean a little more into that side, which was very interesting.
