university location matters

You know, I, I kind of agree with you and to give people some extra sauce, I think if you do not go to like a T25 or T20, you should prioritize the location of your university. Now, I graduated from San Jose State University for computer science and all I have to say is that the academics at this university fucking suck. The school is understaffed, the professors are overworked and the curriculum is just honestly outdated. Like I had a database professor tell us that an interview question that we're going to commonly see is how to write to a file in Java. But despite this, so many people in my graduating class, I personally know have gotten fang offers including me because of our proximity to the Bay Area and the networking.
