Microsoft Copilot Breakdown

There's a really good chance your entire organization has access to Microsoft copy. The vast majority of companies have no idea how to access it or use it. So, allow me to show you. Copilot is Microsoft's AI assistant that is baked directly into tools that you use every day. Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and the nice thing is it has access to all of your files. So, you don't have to continuously upload different things like we do with tools like ChatGPT. To access this, you'll just type in M365 copy in your search bar. Sign in, it'll show you whether you have access or not. And then book market for easy access. As you can see, this layout looks just like chat GPT or any other AI tool. The message box, we can click the plus sign to upload files and documents. We can click on tools to access more features. And at the very top, we see a toggle between work and web. So, if you're wanting to ask questions about your work and all of the stuff that is in your Microsoft office, you want to focus on the work tab. That way it can pull directly from your computer. However, if we want to use it like we'd use chat GPT or Google Gemini, we can click on the web button. Now, it's pulling all of its information from on the web instead of internally. The left hand side it stores all of your charts and allows you to create agents which are basically custom GPUs for Microsoft co-pilot. Agents are super beneficial and I highly recommend you at least try them out. Co-pilot is also embedded into the Microsoft apps like Word. Here we can have it generated full proposals from just a few bullet points. In Excel, we can have it analyze trends and plain English, teach you new things about Excel or explain formulas. In teams it can summarize a meeting that you may have missed. In PowerPoint it could build an entire slide from a simple word document.
