The comments just asked a good question. Do you think it's easier to get a car or an apartment? I'm gonna tell you right now, nine times out of ten, it's gonna be easier to get a car than it is to get that apartment. And I'm gonna tell you why. Them people are wild. They are interesting at the car dealership. First of all, car payments nowadays, through the roof. For no reason at all. Good credit, bad credit, decent credit, it's through the roof, right? Not to mention that the people with the best of the best credit go and they still wanna get the most expensive vehicle on the lot and the payment still be $700 to $1000 a month. You go to that lot with jacked up credit. They gonna get you approved. You gonna leave with something. First and foremost, you gonna leave with something. But here's the thing, it's the terms and conditions that you leave with. Car note gonna be high as giraffe. You still gonna be putting down some money because the goal in your mind is gonna be the knock the monthly payment down, which means you're gonna be putting up more money in the front end. Did you know? For every $1000 that you're knocking roughly $20 off your monthly payment, which means you're gonna be putting up more money and did you know that monthly payment gonna be high and then when it comes to apartment complexes, they just tell you straight up. They just gonna tell you straight up. You're not gonna get approved. We don't think that you're able to afford this apartment because you have terrible credit. It's showing that you have an unbalanced amount of other properties. It's showing that you have an actual eviction. We don't care what happened in the eviction, we don't care if you went to court and it didn't work out in your favor and it's still on your record. If you don't make three times the rent in their calculation, you don't get approved.
