Okay, let me put y'all on. 2023, if I was looking to move again into a new apartment, I would specifically go for the new builds with the specials. And I'm gonna tell you why. If you are looking to move somewhere where you're gonna get the best bang for your buck, aka, cost-efficient, I'd target the places that are newer built, not because of the cheap walls or the grancracker thin, not even because of that. Because at the end of the day, this is about getting the bang for your buck. And quite literally, you should be grateful and thankful that you ain't living in a shack. I'd go for the new builds who are offering specials because they're typically the most desperate. They need you as a tenant. They need you to sign the lease and moving in. Like today. They're willing to give you the two to three months free to live at their property, newly built. Not a lot of people know about them yet. People are still in the process of discovering that they even exist. So, first come, first serve, the best bang. How do I know? Let me put y'all on my business. When I was deciding to move and look for a new apartment, I told myself I was not moving anywhere that was not offering two to four months rent free. What did I do? Signed a lease at a property that had months rent free. Almost a month ago, I drove into my neighborhood and I noticed a sign that said, rent starting at $23.99. So it must mean that the new coming tenants, the new coming tenants, they're gonna be paying $23.99. Not to mention, I signed a longer lease so that my rent won't change before I can make up my mind on whether I'm moving again. What about the finances? Everyday Think Pieces. Only backup is @JayBug !
