the only hair oiling routine you need if you're still questioning hair oiling works or not here's the proof because this is my hair in May I meant March and this is my hair now in July my hair has pretty much grown twice in length so let me show you my full routine first I start out by brushing my scalp and hair for at least five minutes and then I mix my mixture of oils I mix equal parts of jojoba and argan oil and a few drops of Rosemary essential oil The reason why I feel like this is a holy trinity of oils is because jojoba oil is super hydrating while argan oil strengthens your hair and Rosemary essential oil helps with the hair growth I've been using this mixture for years and I have not found anything better once I apply the oils on my scalp and hair massage for at least 5 mins so the scalp can absorb the oils I am putting this in a sleek bun because I actually do have to go out and about but if you have hair breakage issues I would not recommend putting it in a sleek bun I leave this on for about one to eight hours maximum but let me know if you guys try this out I'm excited to see your results as well
