Another scorcher at the farmers market today! 180 loaves seems to be the sweet spot these days between selling out and burning out. I decided early in the day on my bake day that I wasn't bringing more english muffins to the market because we didn't sell out of muffins the week before and honestly I needed a breather. Should I have sucked it up and just made them? What would you have done?
