It started out a bit dreary but we had a great day at the Idaho Falls farmers market! It was a tough decision to bring relatively few loaves to the market but I need to remind myself it's about selling out of product, not bringing as much as possible. The "game" of our famrers market is to gauge how to best meet the conditions of the market each week, not make so much that we end up bringing product home. I think I could have brought 150 as well as many more English muffins.
