The forecast called for rain and we had nothing but sunshine! Another beautiful day at the @Idahofallsfarmersmarket. Because of the rainy forecast we stuck with the same 145 loaves as last week and things went quickly! I had quite the busy mixing day and couldn't quite squeeze in another oven load of English muffins but you can bet I'll bring more next week! I'm really liking the balance of 150-ish loaves. I feel it meets most of our demand while not destroying me mentally and physically 😂. I sourdough baker at my Saturday market with 145 loaves. How quickly will they sell? Let's get my booth set up and hope it stays dry today. 7:30 to 8:59 AM, booth set up. Today is the last day of August special. So toasted sesame will be replaced with pumpkin. It will be missed! Snacks. 8:59 AM. Let's sell some bread. Love seeing our regulars! 9:20 AM. Just had our first big brush of the day. 9:27 AM. English muffins are already almost sold out! I wanted to bring more this week, but I just couldn't make it work. 9:39 AM. 2 muffins left. 10:05 AM. Not bad for the first hour. Let's get these shelves filled. 10:11 AM. Corn & Maple and Toasted Sesame are almost sold out. I've got plenty of the Original and Rosemary left with a lot of Cheddar Jalapeno. Snack 1. 11:10 AM. 11:17 AM. Quick Snack 2. 11:24 AM. 11:27 AM. 11:33 AM. 11:39 AM.
