I didn’t make this video because I think I’m the only person in this position. I made it because I know I’m not. Every year, people work incredibly hard, earn offers from brilliant universities, and then quietly realise that getting in was only half the battle. The part we don’t talk about enough is what happens after the acceptance. I don’t have all the answers. I just know what it feels like to stand on the edge of something you’ve worked years for and wonder whether money will decide the outcome.
