monthly outgoings as a single 23 year old home owner ☁️☀️ Two months a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat As a As a 23 year old single first time I thought I'd share what my monthly outgoings are looking like at the moment. now that all my bills are settled and in So start off with my mortgage. This is £406 Now Now this is on the lower side because I put down quite a big deposit. My service My service charge that I paid to the building management company is £170 £170 a month. Shocking, I know. And then my council And then my council tax with the single person discount is £125 £125 a month. Moving on Moving on to bills, I pay £100 £100 a month for I tend to just just preparing for winter. And then water And then water is around £40 £40 a give or take. Then I have Then I have my broadband and Wi Fi package with Sky. This is £35 £35 a month. And And then finally my phone bill sits at £43 £43 a month.
