I want to explain something to you and follow along with my drawing. You wake up and you feel off, overwhelmed, sad, scared. You have two options. You can either go down doing your daily tasks and during that time you're going to remain open, curious and non-judgmental. You're going to do the things that you know you need to do even though it's going to feel weird, you're going to feel like you don't want to. By doing that in a non-judgmental and curious way you're going to lead to new experiences. And this is what I want to come back to in a second. But over here, the other pathway is you're going to wake up and you're going to feel off, overwhelmed, sad, scared and you're going to start doing random stuff that is not aligned with what you need to be doing or you're going to do nothing at all and kind of be frozen. All the while you do that you're going to be judging yourself, shaming, guilt, feeling lack, frozen or just ignoring your emotions all together and you're not going to be open and that's going to lead you back up to just feeling that more often if not all the time. One thing I want to say is if you're feeling and you're going down this path here, instead of doing random stuff, you might be doing the things that you need to be doing towards your goals. But if you're not being open and non-judgmental, if you're doing those things from this energetic field over here, shame, guilt, lack, frozen, it's going to lead you back up that cycle. Okay, that's why it's really important to be non-judgmental, open and curious with ourselves even when we experience these things because these things are normal. You're going to wake up and feel these things sometimes even if you keep going down this path. But the secret is you're going to keep choosing this path and you're going to remain open, curious, non-judgmental. Okay, and that's going to get you to what I want to talk about. These new experiences, I'm not necessarily talking about you're going to create new experiences out of thin air and opportunities for yourself and everything that you want. What I mean is you're going to create new experiences and pathways for your brain and your body, new ways of behaving. For example, you wake up and you feel these things, you go about your daily tasks in a curious and non-judgmental way, you're showing yourself I'm safe, I can do this. Okay, look at me, I can achieve these things even when I feel that way, that's a new experience. And that's going to lead you to continuing on to open more doors for yourself, to becoming a better version of yourself, to becoming more curious, to becoming more emotionally balanced if you continue to choose this pathway. More things like that are going to happen in your brain and your body and you're going to see the data, you're going to see the evidence that you're creating in your life by choosing this way. Because life is always just about basically losing yourself, finding yourself, having your spark, losing your spark, getting your spark again. And the way you get that is just you feel the emotions that you have and you don't judge yourself and you do the things that you need to do, you stay on course, you stay disciplined and you will continue to open new doors. All of these things over here are pointless. They don't, they keep us stuck and they just keep us in this loop and we're reinforcing this negative loop in our body and in our minds versus new experiences, new neural pathways, new opportunities.
