Here is a recap of my first ten days finding the best pizza in the Inland Empire. I want to start off by saying theee are just my opinions, all of these places make objectively good pizza and it’s worth trying all of them to form your own opinion. That being said, we all have personal taste and here is mine. The pizza spot that started the whole journey is Barcuso in upland. They make a phenomenal modern Neapolitan style pizza that pairs perfectly with their old fashioneds. At least that’s what I’ve heard, I don’t drink anymore. Second was San Biagios Number One. This is my childhood pizza spot and packs a ton of nostalgia for me. I also had to stop by Brooklynz pizza in Rancho Cucamonga and they make a solid NY style slice. Everyone recommended Slice House in Eastvale so I had to hit them up. They are also a decent option, the ingredients are high quality but I do believe the pizza could use a little extra attention. Day 5 is Lucky Nicks Pizza a pop up/catering team making some of the finest Neapolitan pizzas I have seen. Day 6 is Fat Lip Pizza in Corona. They make Ny style pizzas with super unique flavors. Day 7 is @turrettini.pizza I firmly believe this is the best NY style pizza you can get in the IE. They are a home kitchen located in Jurupa Valley. Day 8 is Zavala Pies, another Neapolitan style pizza pop up who is also doing pick ups from his drive way twice a week. Day 9 is Slices and Swirls in Loma Linda. They are a family owned shop that has recipes extending back to New York. Finally, day 10 is some of the best pizza I have ever had with Inner Pizza in Riverside. They are currently working along side the Deveraux house and making some of the most unique prog neapolitan pizzas I have ever seen. #ie #inlandempire #riverside #jurupavalley #uplandcalifornia
