Where to Eat In Pomona

I’ve done a ton of reviews in Pomona recently and wanted to share a recap with yall. Chicken and waffles at Day Days are always fire. But the catfish is actually a must when you stop in. I have been looking for tacos in Pomona and I think Taqueria Guadalupana has the best deal on tacos in town. Their carne en su jugo is supposed to be the best around but I haven’t tried it yet. Birria Bersol is making the best birria in Pomona in their back yard every Sunday. The vibes are also on point. It literally feels like you are on a ranch in Michoacán. Omanas is another Pomona classic. You cannot go wrong with the Chile Verde Burrito or Potato Tacos. I am a huge Mariscos Jalisco Stan. I love their shrimp tacos and stop in every couple of weeks. Although I would love recommendations for other Mariscos spots. Pho Ha is my go to spot for Pho and Vietnamese food. Their broth is so clear and refreshing. This used to be my favorite hangover cure once upon a time. The tres leches muffin from Tierra Mia is probably my favorite pastry in town. I just cannot get over the soft texture and how moist the bread is. Wish You Were Here also makes an awesome chicken and waffles. Although, I do think their main draw is their awesome coffee. Borreguitas is another Pomona staple with their vegan Mexican food. They also do late night taco nights if you are looking for something to do on the weekends. Finally, I love the $1 Al pastor from Los Martinez tacos. They do it on Tuesdays and Sundays, at both their tacolandia location and brick and mortar.
