Transcript

So I have here protein ice cream sandwiches from a new brand called Cold Freak. Each of the ice cream sandwiches in each of these boxes 20 grams of protein. This will be my lunch today, so I'm gonna try the French Press Bench Press, which I think is an incredible name. There was also, of course, a classic vanilla one. I'm really excited to try them. There's a lot of protein ice creams on the market right now. There's a ton. I tried one every week at this point. I really like the idea of a protein ice cream sandwich. I like that it's individual. It's more akin to a protein bar. I think it's a little bit easier to consume and get the concept across. I also like that it's... This is 20 grams of protein, this one thing, rather than 20 grams in the pint, and I don't always wanna eat the full pint. Before we try it, let's go through the nutrition facts. So there's 200 calories, three grams of sugar, no added sugars. There's eight grams of sugar alcohol, so if you are adverse to that, that's in here. And then 20 grams of protein. So look at that. This looks really good. Mmm. That's really coffee-y and I love coffee ice cream. This is great. Oh, this might be my new favorite high protein sweet treat. I would want the ice cream to be a bit more fluffy and creamier. I mean, maybe if I let it sit out for a bit, it might be better. I'll do that for the vanilla one, but it's really good. Good job, Cold Freak. I'm, I'm impressed with this. This is good. This is good. I like this a lot.
