This was me three years ago. I had a tiny little dot on the side of my nose that looked like a zit that couldn't pop. And I went to my dermatologist and they discovered that it was skin cancer. And a couple days later, I had Moh's surgery, which left me with 60 stitches. To say I was traumatized is an understatement. my eye was swollen shut. I was black and blue like I just gotten into a fist fight. And people always ask me, how did you heal so beautifully? but the human body is an amazing marvel. So I'm making a quick five part series on everything that I did step by step to heal my scar. Because healing a scar is time sensitive and you need to do things in the right order. This is part 5. Honestly, I think this is the most effective thing that I've done for my scar. If you haven't watched the other parts, go back and watch one through four, because you cannot do this until you've done one through four. These are not sponsored posts. I am not a medical professional. I am not trying to get you to buy anything. I'm just somebody that had 60 stitches in her face, and I remember feeling completely lost and feeling like I was never gonna look like myself ever again. I am three years post procedure, and this, I think, is the most effective thing that I do for my scar every single day. My dermatologist prescribed tretinoin. I think it's all over the Internet for anti aging. I, I didn't know anything about it and I just started putting it on my scar. And now I love it so much. I used silicone scar products, I had laser, I did all the things. I used every lotion, every serum. But this is the most effective thing for minimizing my scar. Obviously, because I had skin cancer, I have upped my spf game. I'll make a separate video about that.
