Don't extract data like this in Excel So this will be time consuming instead of this you can use one amazing trick here that is so nowadays we have one new function just to extract only the numbers from any text what we can use here is equal to regex extract function so this is a new function only in Excel 365 so you can give the text first then comma in pattern you can give in double quotes what you can use here is backlash d then in square in curly brackets you can type here the number of digits that you want to extract so I want to extract 10 digits so I will use curly bracket close the double quote close the bracket and enter we have now only the numbers extracted only the 10 digits are extracted from this text this is how we can use the advanced level functions in Excel which are new if you like this video share this video if in excel you have any query in comment section and if you want to learn excel from basic to advanced level you can simply download my application and enroll in the courses thank you so much
