First things first, open up your messy Excel sheet. Now smash Alt plus F11 on your keyboard to open up the secret VBA developer back end. Don't worry, it's not as scary as it looks. On the left hand project menu, double click on the specific sheet you are working on right now. Look up at the top left dropdown menu that currently says General and switch it over to Worksheet. Just like that, Excel automatically drops in a clean block of macro code for you. Now, right inside that blank space, type this exact line: Cells.EntireColumn.Autofit. That's literally it.
