You want to start meditating but don't know where to start? I got you. To me, meditation is like a practice to ground yourself, calm yourself down and for your mind to be more clear. I'm still very chaotic and can be angry at times, but this helps a lot. I like to light incense during this. This is very soothing. The first technique that I always do is put on some calming meditation music and count backwards. The 50 to 1 technique. Breathe in and then breathe out every number. For example, 50, I would inhale and 49, I would exhale. Keep on doing that until you get to one. Slowly open your eyes and stretch. Second one is very easy. You can start a chop meditation guide on YouTube and follow that. If you prefer like a background noise of someone guiding you, then you might prefer this technique. Also, what you can do is visualize what you want. Bye.
