If you're looking for an easy RV camp recipe for dinner that's rich, comf Hey campers, we're making chicken taco tortellini on the Blackstone. And this might be your family's new favorite meal on the campsite. It's so easy and feels like a fancy camping meal. Let me show you how I made it. Start with a pack of chicken breast and butterfly them. Then you're going to season those with your taco seasoning on one side is fine. Add a little bit of oil to your hot griddle and add those chicken pieces. Season the top sides of those chicken breasts with the taco seasoning. Give them a good flip or two until they're ready to be chopped. This is my favorite method to break up the chicken. Even my dad couldn't resist. Guest appearance today from The Weber Guy. The Weber Dad. The Blackstone Shovel? The Blackstone Shovel. Scoop, shovel, call it what you want, I love this thing. Get all your chicken off the griddle. And then it's time to add your tortellini. I bought the refrigerated kind. If you buy frozen, just thought first. Add the whole pack to the griddle, add some water and steam it. Once your pasta starting to get soft, add a can of Ro-Tel and a can of corn. Give that all a good stir, add a little more water and steam your pasta until you've got it just where you want it. Now you're ready to add some sauce. Just a jar of Alfredo sauce, whichever kind you like best. Pour out your sauce, then add a little milk to your jar, put the top back on and shake it up. Plus it helps to thin it out. Now you can generously season it with taco seasoning. Give that a good stir. Now you can add back all of your chicken. And seriously, you guys, this chicken was so good. Now I would say this step is optional, but add a little bit of cheese. It just makes it a little more gooey and rich. Mix it all together. And that's it. Just stir it all up. Take it off of the griddle. Top it with a little bit of green onion. And click the link for more Blackstone recipes that your family's gonna love.
