We're gonna go be one of the first people to tour it. Lobby area. Gym. Pool. Apartment 1, 1 bed 1 bath, $4300/mo. Apartment 2, 2 bed 2 bath, $7,200/mo. Apartment 3, 1 bed 1 bath, $5800/mo. I'm back from checking it out. My honest verdict, I'm probably not gonna move there just because it's a really new building and I really like the building that I live in. I'm trying to buy a lot of other entrepreneurs that are building cool businesses as one myself. I run a marketing agency. Being around people, being around other like-minded people is so important and being around other like-minded people is something I really value in the building that I live in.
