HORROR movies released this week to streaming

Two new horror movies and one series released this week. Here's where you can watch them. And let me know which one you're most excited to check out. First up is Nightborn. This one is about a new mother who begins to believe that something is horribly wrong with her newborn after her family retreats to a remote cabin. As her fears grow, she has to uncover whether the danger is real or all in her mind. As soon as I saw Rupert Grint was in this, I was sold. I have always been a Ron Weasley fan. This one is a psychological, dark fantasy, which is such a fun combo. It looks like one of those movies where you're constantly questioning what's real and what's all in their heads, which I love. I could also see it being a metaphor for postpartum depression, but that's just my interpretation. If you are into mystery, folk horror, and an eerie unsettling vibe, you can find this one on Shudder. Next up is The Devil's Mouth. This one is about five friends who explore the Devil's Mouth cave system in Thailand. But they soon discover that something is hunting them under the water. It turns into a fight for survival as they have to try to find a way to escape. I swear we have never had this many shark movies come out in a single year. This one has a stacked cast with several familiar faces. And anytime I see Katherine Newton in a movie, I have to watch it. This one kind of gives me a shark night vibe with the sharks being in fresh water and the cave setting really adds an extra layer of claustrophobia and tension. If you like shark movies and survival horror, this one looks worth the watch and you can find it on Prime Video. And last but not least, The Walking Dead: Dead City. This one follows Maggie and Negan as they attempt to build a new community in the post-apocalyptic Manhattan. But when new threats emerge, they must confront their painful past. They have to decide if they can truly work together to protect the future that they are trying to create.
