Day 24 — July 31/26 2,000 people. Today, 2,000 of you chose to follow my journey. I wish I could say today ended with nothing but celebration. Instead, after tonight’s walk, I had another severe panic attack. It wasn’t quite as intense as last night’s, but it was still frightening. This is the part of recovery that isn’t always easy to share. Progress isn’t just measured by how many steps I take. Sometimes it’s measured by choosing to walk again, even when I know what might come afterward. So tonight I’m celebrating two things: • 2,000 of you walking beside me. • The fact that I still showed up. Thank you for every comment, every follow, every word of encouragement.
