I will not eat this cake. Coming in at No. 3. Pig Pickin' Cake. You may have never heard of this cake because the southern is pig picking cake. You don't even have to bake it from scratch. You can use the yellow cake mix. Yellow cake mix with Mandarin oranges baked in. The frosting is Cool Whip, crushed pineapple, and vanilla pudding mix. Traditionally it's a sheet cake. Now people also make it a layer cake like this. Either way it's made, I don't want it. Coming in at No. 2. Angel Food Cake. It's literally a sponge. It's a type of sponge cake and it has no flavor. A lot of people use it and make strawberry shortcake or a trifle. I feel like just use vanilla pound cake. Vanilla pound cake does the same things as angel food cake and it looks and feels like cake. Fruit cake is made with candy or dried fruits and nuts and spices. And a lot of people soak it in rum. And guess what? There's actually this dark one and this light one. I don't want either one. I can hear it now. People like, oh my gosh, but Caribbean fruit cake is so good. Jamaican fruit cake is so good. You can have my portion. I don't want it. Of course, there are more cakes I don't want, but these are my top five.
