GO AHEAD AND SPREAD THAT FLOUR ON THE DOUGH EVENLY. DON'T WIPE IT ALL OFF. YOU'LL LIKE THE CONTRAST AT THE END. I AM JUST SCORING SOME WHEAT STOCK LINES ON FOUR MAPPED OUT LINES. AND THEN IN EACH OF THE QUADRANTS, I'M GONNA DO A LITTLE WHEAT STOCK AS WELL. THE SEVEN MINUTE SCORE ON THIS LOAF. OVEN IS PREHEATED TO 450 DEGREES. BAKE COVERED FOR SEVEN MINUTES. AFTER THAT SEVEN WE TAKE IT OUT OF THE OVEN AND DO OUR BIGGER EXPANSION SCORES. I'M GONNA DO IT BOTH WAYS ON THOSE ORIGINAL LINES. RECOVER AND BAKE FOR ANOTHER 23 MINUTES COVERED. THIS IS THE HALFWAY POINT. PUT IT BACK IN THE OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES. IT LOOKED LIKE. ALL DONE THE BOTTOM IS PERFECTLY GOLDEN BROWN. YOU CAN DO IT.
