Non tech people will never understand context switching. I don't care if you're a software engineer or not. If you work in tech, you've experienced exactly what I'm saying. Bro, it's not that the job is difficult. It's fun. I love solving problems. I love building stuff. But in every single tech experience I've ever had, the constant context switching blows my mind, bro. It hurts. It causes me to have the biggest headache and you end up getting nothing done. You genuinely end up getting nothing done. And again, this is not just programmers. You product owners, you QAs, you know exactly what I'm saying, bro. The context switching needs to stop. Oh, but AI replaced us. The AI replaced us, right? The non-tech people, that's what you say, bro. Just have AI do stuff. Automate everything. Everything, bro. If you spend one day in the world of constantly context switching, you will fully understand why AI will never replace us in tech. Tech companies can solve every technical challenge, build crazy architecture. But the one thing they can't solve is how to balance the context switching of every employee. Because it hurts. It genuinely hurts your brain. And this is how employees get burnt out. Beyond just grinding a project and trying to solve something. This is the number one way people get burnt out in tech. I guarantee you. This is not feasible. It's not sustainable. You need to re-architect. This is a big problem in tech and it always has been, bro.
