It's time for the first shower after giving birth. My stomach is still actually quite hard. I almost look pregnant still. I have a second degree tear, a couple of the stitches are like really close to the goods and it's so stingy, especially if I like use the washroom or if I get wet. I've been saving these ice packs, I've been saving them for this. I also got the perineal wash foam. And I also got this like, ice pack holder, this postpartum brulette that you can put ice packs in and milk's coming in and then it's real stingy. So I'm gonna probably have to get those in there today. Oh, I think I hear baby crying. Okay. Wow. That's nice. Cooling film is incredible. Oh, these are amazing. These are like nice and supportive. Oh my god, these feel so much better than the nappies. Okay. I'm so glad I brought this like super thick body butter. Oh, I think I hear baby crying. Time to introduce the twins to their little brother!
