3 weeks ago today I met the strongest version of myself. Against all odds, I got my VBAC - an unmedicated water birth. Yes, it was very painful, but it was also positive and powerful in a way words could never describe. If I had to describe it I would say it’s a spiritual awakening. At some point you just give yourself over to God and become one with the creator. It might sound crazy…but it’s how it felt. An incredible and terrifying experience at the same time ✨ I hope this does not deter anyone from an unmedicated birth. I believe every woman should try and have this experience even just once if they can 🫶🏽 And now that I’ve had it…maybe next time I’ll go the epidural? 😅 #birthfilm #birthstory #birthvlog #unmedicatedbirth #VBAC
