I watched three or four videos at like 4 AM yesterday and I feel like I'm now equipped to dye my hair. I dyed my hair with that bubble dye which was fine. I think it just lightened my hair. I don't think there's any actual tone to it if that makes sense because obviously when you lighten jet black hair it goes a little red and if I'm gonna go red I'm gonna go full tilt. So I have purchased hair color developer and a protein treatment. But this is L'Oréal Paris HiColor. It's for dark hair so you don't use bleach you use developer instead which is hydrogen peroxide according to the internet. And basically I'm gonna mix this one which is soft brown and honey blonde. And it's gonna give me a brown color hopefully. You've seen mixed things on whether or not to start at your roots and quite frankly because it's a lighter color than I'm used to I'm gonna start at my ends because I'd rather have my ends be a little bit lighter than my roots especially for like the first go around. Here goes nothing. Everything is kind of really itchy right now and I'm lowkey livid because does that not look ginger again? Like the one time in my life I don't want ginger. All roads lead to ginger. But anyways, um, I'm gonna wash this off in about 10 minutes according to my timer and I will post after what it looks like.
