Listen, IMAX 70 millimeter was fun and all, but it wasn't my favorite format. And I'm gonna rank all five formats I've seen it in and recommend which one you should go watch. The Odyssey, while it's still playing in all five of these formats. I'm gonna go from my least favorite format to my most favorite format. And number five, it's gonna be standard. I don't think anyone's gonna be shocked by this. The standard doesn't really offer much aside from you just watching The Odyssey in a regular theater, which is fine if you wanna get out of the house and get the experience inside of a theater, but it doesn't offer anything else outside of that. If you're gonna see The Odyssey in just standard, you might as well wait till it goes to digital and watch it at home because you'd basically be getting the same experience from your couch. And number four, I have 4DX. Not, I know you see the trend online. Let's go watch The Odyssey in 4DX. You have the water spraying, the fogs coming out, seats are rocking, I almost got flung out of my fucking seat watching this movie in 4DX. I will say it is a fun experience that being said, I would recommend you see it in 4DX if you're watching The Odyssey for the very first time. 4DX is really just a gimmick. You are watching a movie in standard format. The quality of the movie is not enhanced at all. It's just the gimmick that comes with it, which is fun if you want to be thrown around for three hours. I just found that to be distracting after a while. So if you're watching The Odyssey for the very first time, skip 4DX. Second or third time, now try it. Number three, I have standard IMAX. I saw this movie twice in IMAX and it is a much bigger experience than watching it in standard. You see really good picture quality, a good sound quality. It is a really good substitute if you can't see the movie in 70 millimeter IMAX as intended. Number two, IMAX 70 millimeter. Don't sound the alarms. I'm not saying this is a bad format. It is as intended, once again, it is a tremendous and beautiful and you see everything from the top to the bottom. It is truly a once in a lifetime experience that if you can manage to get a ticket to see it in this format, do it. Because it's probably gonna be another four or five years before we see another movie shot on IMAX cameras. But it isn't my number one. My number one is Dolby Cinema. I am a quality over quantity guy and though, yes, you can make the argument that you see The Odyssey in this format versus Dolby Cinema, which is a bit smaller. You get a more crisp picture quality, more enhanced colors because with IMAX 70 millimeter, it's on film. So there is this dark and grainy type of aspect to it, which adds to the movie in a lot of aspects, but I must better prefer a booming picture quality and the audio is picked perfect. I almost went deaf during the Cyclops scene. I bet. So yes, for me, I will go blue in the face and say that my favorite experience of The Odyssey was not IMAX 70 millimeter, but Dolby Cinema.
