10 BUSINESS/BRAND REMINDERS YOU NEED TO HEAR

There are 10 reminders that you need if you are building a business and a brand online. Number one, if you treat your business like a hobby, it's going to be a hobby and it's gonna make hobby money. Are you okay with that? Number two, if you are flaky, flaky with posting on social media and showing up in your business, your income is gonna be flaky. Number three, you need to put your blinders on. Who cares what so and so is doing and you're doom scrolling all of the time and it's causing you to overthink. Put your blinders on. Focus on what you need to get done today and what you need to prioritize in your money making activities. No. 4. Business is hard work. Business is gonna require you to show up even when you don't feel like it. Feel like. Business is work. Business takes discipline and consistency. It's not some like shiny thing that's like, oh, I get to make my own schedule. Sometimes you're gonna be working on the business way more than you want to from weeks on end. So just prepare yourself. No. 5. Networking and building community is going to be key. Finding people who you can rely on and connect with. Going to networking events, putting yourself out there is going to allow you to not only have more opportunities handed to you, but also be able to connect with people and actually have business friends and people to talk to. Number six. Save for taxes. Literally save for taxes. Because the years go by fast, and then it's tax season and it hits you and you're like, oh, crap. Save at least 20 to 30% for taxes. No. 7. Hire a lawyer. No. 8. People are going to judge you. You have to do it anyways. People are gonna question your business moves and your motives and what you are doing and posting on social media, taking the leap, starting the business. They aren't your people. You have to ignore the hate, the questions. Yes, it may feel like they're looking after you, but you gotta do you. No. 9. Your path and your lane is different from everyone else's. Just because someone has blown up quicker than you, like, doesn't mean anything is wrong with you. You need to stay the path. And lastly, business is not a one size fits all. Okay, um, there's many ways to grow and scale and build a business. It's not like the one thing you need, the one business, the the. The one strategy. Right? That business is not a one size fits all. There's many ways to build, and you have to find the way that works for you, your life, etcetera.
