The main workout room, it gives zen and grounded vibes with And have lots of weights and even a coffee station for the end of your class. I took the heated and it was challenging. I was dripping sweat by but I love and this one was definitely it. The studio offers a variety of heated and not heated Pilates, sculpt classes, and even Stretch and recovery Something I loved about this class that I took with Samantha was the playlist. The vibes and definitely helped me get through multiple of these heated exercises. I think I'll definitely be a regular here.
