catch me sweating @ 📍rooted core haus, Fremont So fun taking Samantha’s heater inferno class and I’m definitely going to be back for more. I have been loving the sweat & endorphins that I’ve been getting out of heated workouts lately. It’s a great supplement to lifting and works my core in ways that it usually doesn’t ever get worked 🤣 So excited to take more classes here, I’d definitely recommend checking it out! @RCH #pilates #heatedworkout #sculpt #bayareatiktok #fremont

The main workout room, it gives zen and grounded vibes with And have lots of weights and even a coffee station for the end of your class. I took the heated and it was challenging. I was dripping sweat by but I love and this one was definitely it. The studio offers a variety of heated and not heated Pilates, sculpt classes, and even Stretch and recovery Something I loved about this class that I took with Samantha was the playlist. The vibes and definitely helped me get through multiple of these heated exercises. I think I'll definitely be a regular here.
