Welcome back to another episode of hot girl kitchen habits weekly food prep aka prep everything I prep completely Wednesday. Now remember, chasing here, convenience. I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel every single week, okay? Like that gets exhausting. Of course, I made a batch of my jammy eggs and then I made some chicken salad. I love having a batch of chicken salad in the fridge for the week. If you haven't used your KitchenAid to shred your chicken yet, you are missing out. It is the best chicken shredder of all time. I did switch up what I put in the chicken salad this week though. I wanted it to be a little bit more herby, so I added dill, pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, and like my usual red onion, Greek yogurt, tarragon, Dijon mustard. It's so good, vibrant, and just delicious. And I've been asked before, my favorite way to eat my chicken salad, just like that on a cracker. That is my favorite way to eat chicken salad. And this thing that I did this week that was different, I don't know what came over me, but I'm so glad whatever came over me did because I made some salted maple granola. The house smelled so good while this was baking. I will have to post a separate recipe for this. It would not be a new week if I did not make a big batch of my breakfast burritos and one. These have to be one of the best batches I've ever made. I've really just become a professional at them now. And here's your reminder that meal prep does not mean every single meal. A little prep now means a lot less thinking later.
