I just got asked my opinion on the women in wealth conference in Fort Lauderdale by Shelby Sap and I want to give my two cents. So I have been in medical sales specifically capital equipment into private practice and essentially if you're looking at this at high level, I sell a high ticket device into private practice. These services that the practice then gives to their patients are cash pay services, they aren't covered by insurance. With that being said, my deals range from $50,000 to $330,000, it depends on the number of devices that I sell. I've sold millions in my career. I talk about glorified sales on my account all the time. And because the outcome of high performance over time gets you these glorified aspects of sales, Shelby Sap chose this very clearly of where she started and goes through the trenches to work her way up to then formulate her own business. And truthfully, this sales skill allowed her to do that. She is not hiding anything. She shows the work that she put in. And that is what I describe on here is medical sales is not a get rich quick type of gig. You go through the trenches to make it to the top. And so, basically, the question that I've been asked is, are these girls getting scammed into thinking that they're going to get in and have this glorified lifestyle? No. Sales is a performance based career. And so, the fact that she is doing the same thing, she's showing people what you can be one day, right? There's a vision, there's a dream. And that, that's the whole point. Sales can be uncapped if you find the right thing. She's doing the same thing, different space, same thing. I love what she's doing and that's my thoughts on all of it. Point being, her women in wealth looks amazing. Obviously, I didn't go, but I don't think she's doing anything wrong. I think she's exemplifying that trajectory perfectly. And so she shows people what you can be one day, right? But she always says, you start somewhere and that ain't all the way up here. So she's doing the same thing, right? But she's showing people what you can be one day, right? There's a vision, there's a dream. And that, that's the whole point. Sales can be uncapped if you find the right thing. She's doing the same thing, different space, same thing. I love what she's doing and that's my thoughts on all of it.
