Progressive overload — you don't need a spreadsheet, you need one number and the discipline to stop two reps early. Most guys don't stall because their split is wrong. They stall because nothing is being measured, so every session turns into "whatever felt right today." Six months of that and the weights on the rack are identical. So is the body picking them up. It's not the program. It's the ruler. Here's the part nobody warns you about. The day you start tracking reps at a fixed effort, training gets slower and way less exciting. You add one rep and go home. Feels like nothing happened. Ten weeks of nothing happening is 15-20 lbs on a lift, and 15-20 lbs on a lift is a different set of shoulders in a t-shirt. Works on dumbbells, barbells, machines, weighted pull-ups. Doesn't work on ego. Save this — open it before your next working set and pick your number 👇 💬 Comment below how many REPS you do? This is one rule. The Full Body Program is the whole system — every exercise with the exact rep target already on it, 3 days a week, nothing left for you to decide → link in bio #progressiveoverload #strengthtraining #buildmuscle #dumbbellworkout #hypertrophytraining
