Shoulder. Consistently as attractive man, chest, arms, shoulders. So, this one's worth getting right. Most men do train them. That's not the problem. The problem is what they train them with: bench, overhead press, push-ups. All three load the front. So the shoulder grows in one direction only. Straight-on it looks decent. Turn sideways and it's flat. Turn around and it's gone. The muscle that actually creates width from every direction is the lateral delt. That's the one that pushes the silhouette outward. And standard programs barely touch it. Not because people skip shoulder day, but because almost no default exercise loads the lateral delt correctly. Fix that one thing and the shoulder changes fast. Now, let's build it. Lateral raises. But not the way you've been doing them. Most people swing the weight up, shrug at the top, and call it a set. Front delt and momentum. Lateral delt gets almost nothing. Here's the fix. Place one hand on a wall or some surface. Step your feet out and lean your body into it. That angle kills the dead zone. In a normal lateral raise, the first 30 degrees is free. Gravity isn't even pulling against the delt yet. The wall lean loads the lateral delt from the first inch. Dumbbell in your free hand, elbow leads, raise to parallel, three seconds back down. 3 sets, 5 reps/side. 3 sets of 12 to 15 each side. Progression: Lateral Raise Lean-In. Add weight: +1-2 lbs. Add reps: Up to 15. Once it's clean, go up a pound or two at a time. The lateral delt is a precision muscle. You egolote it, you lose it.
