Crispy outside, chewy inside potato pancakes 💛 For the potato pancakes, cut the potatoes and blend with a little water until smooth. Strain once through a sieve, discard the water, then mix the settled starch with the potato and a bit of salt. Cook in plenty of oil until golden and crispy 👍🏻
