The day after the feast, we had a big lunch with all the leftovers❤️ I stir-fried the leftover japchae in spicy sesame oil to give it a little kick, and made a delicious jeon stew with all the leftover Korean pancakes👍🏻 Seriously, it’s SO good with rice!! I sliced up some onion and zucchini and put them on the bottom of the pot, then added the leftover jeon and whatever mushrooms I had in the fridge. Pour in the sauce and just enough water to cover the bottom, then let it simmer🔥 For the sauce: 1 Tbsp minced garlic 2 Tbsp Korean red pepper flakes 1 Tbsp sugar 3 Tbsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp cooking wine 1 packet soup stock powder Such an easy and delicious way to turn leftovers into a whole new meal! the feast, we had a big lunch with all the leftovers🔥 I stir-fried the leftover japchae in spicy sesame oil to give it a little kick, and made a delicious jeon stew with all the leftover Korean pancakes👍🏻 Seriously, it’s SO good with rice!!
