let’s make a seafood boil🦀🦐 Seafood boil my kids absolutely love!! 🔥 A fun, hands-on dish where you boil your favorite seafood with potatoes, corn, eggs, and sausage, then toss everything in a rich, flavorful sauce! Fill a large pot with plenty of water, then add bay leaves, lemon, onion, and a crab boil packet. Once it comes to a boil, add the potatoes first and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the corn and sausage and cook until done. Remove everything, then add the seafood and cook it quickly. Take it out as soon as it’s done so it stays tender. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and add minced garlic, letting it simmer (and yes… it’s a LOT of butter and garlic 😆 don’t hold back!). Then add the sauce ingredients and adjust to taste. For the sauce, just use about 1 tablespoon of each: Cajun seasoning, paprika seasoning, black pepper, onion seasoning, sugar, cayenne seasoning, and about ½ cup of vegetable broth. Cajun seasoning, paprika seasoning, black pepper, onion seasoning, cayenne seasoning, and about ½ cup of vegetable broth. Cajun seasoning can be quite salty, so start with a smaller amount and adjust. Cayenne controls the heat, so add it depending on your spice preference! Pour the bubbling hot sauce over everything and toss to coat — and that’s it! A delicious seafood boil that’s even better with a bowl of freshly steamed white rice 🔥🔥🦀🦐
