Day 31 — August 7/26 Surreal. 31 days! I looked back at my day 1 walking video as I uploaded it to my YouTube channel, and I’m amazed at the progress. It definitely looks less stressful on my body to do this walk. I am still struggling hardcore with breathing during and after but I will keep pressing on for as long as I am able. Good night.
