Hi, I'm Chelsey. I own the Drifter's Coffee in South Korea and I've been teaching you how to make your own syrups at home. Today we're going to put this syrup to use and make one of our best selling lattes, which is a BSC latte. For that, you're going to need your vanilla syrup and brown sugar cinnamon syrup. First, we're going to get our espresso. We're going to level and tamp. Press that extra espresso off. Pull your shot of espresso. In our 12oz latte, we do a total of three pumps of syrup. We'll grab two pumps of our BSC and one pump of vanilla. We'll add in our shot of espresso. Make sure that gets nicely mixed in. Add in your choice of milk and ice it. We also make all of our cold foam in house. This is our BSC cold foam. So it's cold foam with our brown sugar cinnamon syrup. Pour your latte with your cold foam and dust with cinnamon.
