This restaurant in Moscow was once rated 13th in the world. Russia is excluded from the rankings. This is White Rabbit Restaurant & Bar. They held Michelin 2022 and other awards. It's Alice in Wonderland themed with interesting decor and clientele. It's known for its cuisine. I took a look at the menu and saw one oyster of $11 and I took a look over the view of Moscow. We started with a drink, both very sweet and fruity but tasty. Mine said "Drink Me". Alice in Wonderland themed with interesting decor. The show began. Underneath this is a charred potato with types of sea urchin and caviar inside. They do something else to the potato, it's incredible. It's a mushroom risotto and these squash blossoms dipped in this parmesan sauce are incredible. The white Kamchatka asparagus and they brought us out a second round of complimentary drinks for some reason. Before they told us to go explore the rest of the restaurant now. Most people pick their seat because they pay a deposit beforehand. But since we don't have a credit card that works here, we couldn't do that. Heading back down to our table for dessert. This candle is actually all edible. I've been wanting to eat here for so many years. I'm so happy that I finally got to do that. They've brought us out a matryoshka with our sommelier. And our bill came out to about $160. Everything here is in cash. So we're counting each ruble by each.
