dopamine color palette = brain relief 🪄🧠 ART SUPPLIES USED: - Arteza watercolor paper - low-tack artist tape and thin washi tape - Liquitex silver acrylic marker - Arrtx brush tip acrylic markers THE PROCESS: Tape off a grid on your paper (play with your shapes! I’ve been into asymmetrical grids lately) Scribble for a few seconds - long enough for the lines to overlap and shapes to form, but not so long that you start overthinking it. Then enjoy meditative flow state while you color in the shapes. Optional: retrace your lines, round out the corners, and/or add zen doodles inside the shapes. This process is an effective way to slow down, unwind your mind, and be present - that is what Art Meditation is all about! This practice can be profound, but it doesn’t have to be serious. I love these “intuitive scribbles” because they are super low-pressure and beginner-friendly. Drawing, coloring, and doodling are effective ways to shift out of overthinking mode and into flow state. This is my happy place! Relaxing, therapeutic, and oh-so-satisfying #artmeditation #mindfulart #meditativeart #coloringtherapy #intuitiveart
